Contribution talks

We would be glad if you were interested in giving a contributed talk (15+5 minutes). If so, please fill in the title of your talk in the registration form. Selected participants will be invited to submit a contribution. Contributed talks may be presented either in Czech or in English, according to the speaker’s preference. Online talks are tentatively scheduled for Friday morning and are primarily reserved for participants from abroad.

Conference venue

The scientific part of the workshop will be held at the Institute of Geonics. The registration desk will open on Thursday at 11:30 am, and the workshop will start at 2:00 pm. Interested participants will be guided immediately after registration opening to visit the IT4Innovations Supercomputing Center. The workshop will close on Friday before lunch. The social dinner will be served in the lounge of the university canteen. All buildings, as well as the University Hotel Garni, recommended for accommodation, are located on the campus of VSB – Technical University of Ostrava.

Participants arriving to the railway station Ostrava-Svinov should conveniently travel by public transport. They can use the bus 37 or 54 in direction to Poruba and get out at the stop Studentská. Or they can travel by one of the trams 7, 8, 17 in direction to Poruba (Vřesinská) and get out at the stop Hlavní třída.
